I use a variety of formative and summative assessments. This is an example of of a performance assessment.

Habitat Diorama

This activity was used as a summative performance assessment at the end of the fourth grade Deciduous Forest Unit. Each student chose an animal and created the animal's habitat. This is my example for the students.
